Loving Mother, Grandmother, Daughter, Sister, Wife

Brenda Carol Gregg Trull, 75 of Waynesville, went home to be with the Lord February 9, 2020 at Mission Hospital. Brenda was born in Canton, NC on July 1, 1944, to the late Luther McKay Gregg and Mary Trull Gregg of Clyde. She graduated from Canton High School in 1963 where she enjoyed spending time with her best friend Carolyn Jordan Davis.

She enjoyed watching cooking shows, DIY programs and her soap operas, but what she enjoyed most was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her Father, she is preceded in death by her husband of 27 years, Roy Trull of Waynesville. Brenda and Roy traveled the country as they both worked in construction. They enjoyed camping and the outdoors together.

Brenda is survived by her mother Mary Gregg of Clyde, brother Robert Gregg (Diana) of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, son Tim Burnette (Yvonne) of Canton, daughter Carol Trull (Jeremy) of Waynesville, grandchildren Austin Burnette, Trapper Burnette, Tyler Malone, Destiny Malone, Blake Trull, Ryan Ball, nieces Danielle Gregg, Amanda Brown.
