He was predeceased by his parents, JohnTaylor and Connie Taylor; his daughter Erin Putnam; and his siblings, Joseph Taylor, Lori, Peggy and Judy.
He is survived by his wife Juanita Taylor; his children, Shannon Jones (Jeffrey) and Hollie Palmer; his grandchildren, Oliviah, Norah, Elainah Palmer, Christian Harrison (Bruce), Kristofer Bryant, Lesleigh Edlen (Zach), Eli Putnam (Missy) and Tristan Putnam; and his great grandchildren, Aiden Putnam, Zavreal, Zaron and Zayleigh Bryant.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, January 28th, 2024, at 2:00 PM at the Smoky Mountain Cremations & Funeral Service (3264 Broad St, Clyde, NC 28721).
